1. How to reach us

1.1 General legal questions

1.2 Privacy requests (access, deletion, correction, opt-out)

• We respond within 45 days, extendable once to 90 days with notice to you. Identity verification required.

1.3 Account deletion

• In-app (required by Apple and Google): Settings → Account → Delete account

1.4 Security vulnerability reports

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Service, please email [email protected]. We ask responsible researchers to:

• Give us a reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.
• Avoid accessing, modifying, or destroying data that is not yours.
• Avoid activity that could degrade service for other users.

We will not pursue legal action against good-faith security research that follows the above principles.

1.5 DMCA / copyright claims

Designated agent for notices of copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

A proper DMCA notice must include: (a) a signature of an authorized person, (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, (d) your contact information, (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

1.6 Service of legal process

• Email service is not accepted unless Fleetbit has expressly agreed in writing.

1.7 Law-enforcement and regulator requests

Email [email protected] with subject "Law-enforcement request," or send on agency letterhead to the mail address above. We require a lawfully-issued process (subpoena, search warrant, court order) for non-public information. We produce required notifications to affected users unless prohibited by law.

1.8 Trust & safety / AUP reports

• In an emergency, call 911 first, then report to us.
