  • What is Fleetbit?

    Fleetbit is an on-demand waste hauling marketplace based in New York City. Clients book pickup and disposal jobs through the Fleetbit app, and nearby licensed truck drivers accept and complete those jobs — usually within hours.
  • How do I book a waste pickup as a client?

    Download the Fleetbit client app, create an account, and place a pickup request by entering your location and describing the waste. You'll receive a price estimate upfront. Once confirmed, a driver will be matched and dispatched to you.
  • How do I become a Fleetbit driver?

    Download the Fleetbit driver app and complete the sign-up process. You'll need to provide your vehicle details and required documentation. Once approved, you can start accepting jobs on your own schedule.
  • How does pricing work?

    Prices are calculated based on factors such as distance, waste type, and current demand. You'll always see the full price before confirming a booking — there are no hidden fees.
  • What is the cancellation policy?

    You can cancel a booking before a driver has been assigned at no charge. Cancellations made after a driver is en route may be subject to a cancellation fee. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
  • Where is Fleetbit available?

    Fleetbit currently operates in New York City. We're working on expanding to additional areas — stay tuned for announcements.
  • How do I delete my account or request my data?

    You can request account deletion or a copy of your personal data from within the app under Settings, or by emailing us at [email protected]. We process all requests in accordance with applicable privacy law.
